Individual & Group Psychotherapy

Clients are provided with psychotherapy that best fits their individual needs.  Many treatment modalities are used, including but not limited to: equine-assisted psychotherapy using the Eagala Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

Equine Assisted Team Building and Professional Development

Workshops are available for organization team building and professional development using the Eagala Model with Eagala certified professionals. 

Telehealth Psychotherapy Services

Psychotherapy offered via telehealth services is available for clients to address their mental health needs from a distance.

Jamie is a licensed psychotherapist committed to helping individuals with their mental health and chemical dependency needs. Her work focuses on meeting the individual needs of her clients through different types of treatment modalities including Equine-assisted Psychotherapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and skill building. Jamie received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Capella University and her Masters of Arts degree from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. Jamie and Diane had a vision to create a therapeutic healing foundation for people within the community, incorporating the power of horses. They became certified in the Eagala Model and established Manes For Change LLC in May 2020. Their vision is centered in creating a safe and non-judgmental approach to therapy for anyone wanting to make a change in their life.
